Many years ago, I started a book series - Audrey and Grace. In this  rom-com series  the main character buys a house in a neighborhood that I've loved since I was thirteen. I chose one of the houses that I love the most in that neighborhood. When my son was a baby I often drove there and he took his after lunch nap while I worked in the road where those beautiful houses stand. Flash forward to a year ago, a great friend of mine - that I hadn't spoken to in years - calls me. As we were talking, she told me she had moved into a new house. Guess where that house is? It's one of the houses on that road where I used to take my son for his afternoon nap. And now, we gather there in so many beautiful occasions.

Manifestation is the process of bringing something into reality through the power of thoughts and
beliefs. Here are some steps that can help you manifest anything you desire:

  1. Clearly define what you want: Be specific about what you want to manifest. The more clearly you can define it, the more likely you are to bring it into reality.
  2. Believe that you can have it: The power of belief is essential to manifestation. You must believe that what you want is possible and that you are worthy of having it.
  3. Create a vision board: A vision board is a visual representation of what you want to manifest. It can be a collage of pictures, words, or symbols that represents your desires.
  4. Visualize: Spend time each day visualizing yourself as if you already have what you want. Use your senses to imagine the sights, sounds, and feelings of having it.
  5. Take action: While visualization and positive thinking are important, it's also important to take action towards your goals. Look for opportunities to move closer to your desires, and take small steps towards them.
  6. Let go of resistance and negative thoughts: Be aware of any negative thoughts or feelings that may be blocking your manifestation. Practice techniques such as meditation, journaling, or affirmations to help release them.
  7. Gratitude: Practice gratitude regularly, being thankful for what you already have in your life and for the manifestations that are yet to come.
  8. Receive: Trust in the process and let go of attachment to the outcome. Have faith that your manifestation will come to you in the perfect timing and in the best way for you.

Manifestation is not about forcing things to happen but about aligning your thoughts and actions with your desires, and letting go of resistance. It's also about being open to receiving the manifestation in unexpected ways. With practice and patience, you can manifest anything you desire.
